Overall - nicely presented place with delightfully helpful staff with the champagne and chocolates. The breakfasts for my toddlers porridge.

Original and overall clean place with lovely friendly and lively staff with the champagne and chocolates. Convenient parking and more than adequate and lovely breakfast for my toddlers porridge. Beautiful and amazing location 

Everything was incredible, so were scenic views on the garden view. We ate at a super restaurant with very helpful and polite staff.

The hotel was in a central setting to the falls. We were upgraded to queen suite with large comfortable bed on check in.

I must comment on its central location - it was ideal.

Lovely and amazing affordable hotel location adjacent to the Brecon Beacons and surrounding areas, mountains, and pontsticill reservoir. Great value for money units by the curtains hanging off the runners in the bedroom and extremely friendly staff.  

Its location was stunning, adjacent to all areas, eg reception, Spa and restaurant.

Well, it was a pleasant stay on a business trip. It was in the central location in a lovely area.

Continental breakfast with a huge variety of great meals to choose from. Lively, best people working here. All in all lovely and wonderful location, close to common areas, Penderyn, and amazing Brecon Beacons.

Greatly enjoyed the standard king room I was given, it had a lounge and an iron. The stuff where all experienced and hospitable. The location offered was magnificent short walk to Pen-y-Fan as well as mountains. 

It boasts beautiful, stunning location right by a wooded valley, beautiful gardens with beautiful scenery and the pub.

More than adequate breakfasts with fresh fruit salad, vegetarian sausages, nice jams provided on asking. Amazing central location and excellent friendly staff. Not far from the Bistro for dinner and breakfast, 

It was a homey place, had fantastic and informative staff with the champagne and chocolates. I ate at a great restaurant for breakfast. The location was stunning for exploring Merthyr Tydfil. Also, the area was lovely.
